Dating scan/reassurance from 7 weeks - £65

 2D reassurance and gender (from 16 weeks) - £65

This scan provides reassurance and further bonding. If the baby is older than 22 weeks we will measure the growth.
We will find out the gender of the baby if required.

Growth & reassurance +3/4D scan  £85    (This replaces the £120 package, but all previous bookings will be honoured, or choose this package if you prefer)

Best between 26-32 weeks

A comprehensive bonding scan. Using both 2D, 3D and 4D (4D is 3D with the added dimension of movement)
You will be guided through the scan in detail, giving you a much greater understanding of what you are actually seeing on screen. We will measure your baby to check the growth. Full well being check. 
Gender check of your baby if required We can avoid the gender for parents keen not to know the gender of their baby

Nuchal Translucency (NT)  Combined Scan - £95

Blood Test - (payment to Leeds) - £96 or £108 depending on which test you choose. 

Leeds recommend Addmark which is £108 and provides an additional test if you fall into the intermediate risk category, ie 1 in 250 to 1 in 1500.

**Twin pregnancy scan will be £145 and allow another 15 minutes, so 45 minutes if the twins are in difficult positions.

The NT scan is undertaken between 11 weeks 3 days and 13 weeks 6 days, recommended at 12 weeks.
The scan will last approximately 20-30 minutes and will include.
Measurement  and dating of your baby.
Accurate measurement of the fluid behind babies neck, (the NT.)
2 gloss prints will be included.

Please note :  All timings are approximate.  Occasionally your baby is in such a position that it makes high quality imaging difficult, and if we feel that we cannot achieve our usual high standard, then we will re book your session at no extra charge.
Although we will always endeavour to be as thorough as possible fetal sexing cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.  The well being of the baby is always a priority, all scans will include an assessment of the fetal growth measurements and structures appropriate to the gestation (except the gender only option)

Payments : All major credit and debit card accepted.  If paying by cheque you can either, pay 7 days before the scan or pay on the day and we will post your DVD when the cheque clears.

Non Obstetric Diagnostic scans

Female pelvis, trans-abdominal T/A or trans-vaginal T/V- £120 To exclude ovarian problems and check the endometrium (lining of the womb)

Ultrasound examination of uterus, ovaries, bladder and adjacent structures.  Kidneys included on T/A scan.

Add £20 to pelvis price if T/A or T/V is additionally required-£20

Abdomen-£140

Examination of liver, bile ducts, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen & both kidneys + assessment of abdominal aortic diameter. 

Abdominal aorta-OFFER PRICE** £45 To assess for risk of a ruptured aneurysm.

The risk of having an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), increases with age and is more common in males.  This scan is reccommended for the over 50's.  It is a non invasive test which takes approx 20 minutes, you will be given a verbal and written report at the time of attendance.
